Agreement overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of TPS Report (the "Platform"), operated by Augmentable.ai and related entities. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

What the Platform provides

TPS Report is a knowledge-base publishing and agentic retrieval platform. You may author content online, optionally sync from Obsidian, publish report collections, index content for Graph RAG, and run chat or agent workflows against scoped corpora.

Platform services

Publishing & access

  • Create and publish linked report collections
  • Configure visibility (public, private, subscriber-gated)
  • Monetization features where enabled on your plan
  • Optional Obsidian sync via TPS Report plugins

Retrieval & agents

  • Indexing and scoped Graph RAG collections
  • Agent-oriented metadata and routing hints
  • Chat and agent execution on published corpora
  • LLM usage metered per plan and credit policies

Subscription & payment

Plans & billing

  • Free and paid tiers as listed on /pricing-plans
  • Payments processed through Stripe where applicable
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled per account settings
  • Refunds governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

Acceptable use

Permitted uses

  • Publishing lawful knowledge bases you have rights to distribute
  • Running agents and chat against your indexed corpora
  • Syncing from Obsidian when using approved plugins
  • Professional and commercial use per your plan entitlements

Prohibited uses

  • Uploading content you do not have rights to publish or index
  • Attempting to access other tenants' data or bypass isolation controls
  • Reverse engineering or abusing API rate limits or security controls
  • Using the Platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
  • Reselling Platform access without written authorization

Your content & data

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant the Platform a license to host, index, and process your content solely to provide the services you enable.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. API keys, account credentials, and indexed corpus data are processed per that policy.

Service availability & disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." AI-generated outputs and retrieval results may require human review. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Agent answers depend on your corpus quality, metadata, and configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Augmentable.ai and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription per account settings
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Export options for your content may be available for a limited period after termination
  • Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for prior billing periods

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
